With over 27 artists featured at this event, guests will have the chance to explore a diverse set of works spanning from perspective sketches to tangible ceramic creations and every medium in between. ‘Battle Ground Art Festival in the City’, September 14, 2024 at Battle Ground City Hall. The show is intended to showcase works of local artists and must be family friendly. 

2D and 3D work is welcome including painting, pottery, photography, mixed media, wire art, woodwork, garden art and/or sculpture. All work should be that of the artist, and reproductions of the original art are acceptable.

This past year we decided to do something different and create a show with art works created by our members and exhibited at the library.  The show will feature art that spans the various aspects of Our Universe from the micro level (such as nanotechnology, AI, and medical knowledge) to the cosmological universe (e.g. from new space exploration as enabled by the Hubble and Webb Telescopes) from our earth as a precious planet to our solar system, our galaxy, and billions of galaxies.

For the past 2 years, we've held an Art in the Park event at the Kiwanis park in Battle Ground, where artists could sign up to be vendors and set up their own outdoor booths.  It was a great success and a lot of fun for the community!
