Dear Members,
We have a challenge to meet. To finalize our show space layout (thanks to Linda Flaherty) we need to confirm how many artists are planning to participate. We have been invited just recently to use the Main Exhibit Hall which is a GREAT BIG space – formerly the lobby of the old Vancouver Library. It has carpeting, overhead lighting and great natural light exposure on the north side. We have already paid our $300 reservation fee, but we need to decide how to lay it out by Sunday Feb 15 and start the requests for sponsorships, public advertising and marketing which we have already started to design.
HOW TO RESERVE A SPACE:
- You need to pay or have paid your BGAA membership dues for 2026,
- After you complete the form below you will be taken to an online payment form. Click the "Checkout" button to pay with credit card there.
Submit a holding fee of $30 through the USPS postmarked by February 15.

pay online after you fill out the form below. If you want to rent panels for the event please go to https://bgartalliance.org/rent-art-panels-bloom.- If you miss this deadline, spaces will be $45 on a “remaining space-available – first come first served” basis. You may also reserve 2 spaces if you have larger scale work and need more space. Spaces are approximately 100 SF each (10x10).
- A conceptual floor plan will be provided in the future and we will schedule a walkthrough later in February/early March.
- We have some additional related opportunities that will be announced soon.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The ARTcentered venue and BGAA storage have plenty of 30” x 72” folding tables and folding chairs for artists to use. Fabric covered panels approximately 2’ wide by 6 feet tall for hanging artwork (at an additional cost of $20 each) may have somewhat limited availability. Please check with other artists who might want to become members and participate to be sure that everyone gets the word! This is a great opportunity for us to showcase our work as well as introduce BGAA artists to Vancouver and the greater Clark County!
